New workout!

So I created a rewards list for each milestone that I reach with my weight loss goals. This past week I lost almost 3.5 pounds, which put me at 21.5 pounds down since January 2nd. Pretty good if I may say so myself.

My milestone reward for -20 pounds was a new workout video and boy, did I find it! This week i discovered the wonders of T25. I’ve been doing pilates for the past six weeks and have found that my “magic number” before my kids start pummeling me is about 25 minutes.

T25 is unbelievable. It goes by super fast, but it is hard! I was talking to someone about it the other day. Someone that I would refer to as a fit person. She was shocked that I do T25, saying that it is super intense. Now, I have to admit, I’m doing it every other day instead of every day. But, it’s still intense. I’ve lost 3.5 pounds since starting it with Weight Watchers. Definitely a believer!


Super Easy Fried Rice

There are a few foods that have made their way into my weekly menu. This easy fried rice is one of them. At only 2 sp for 1/2 cup, it is awesome! The smart points are only for the recipe, no meat included. I usually add in some diced chicken breast or some shrimp and it only climbs a smart point or two.

15 pounds down = New Pants Size

A few weeks ago, while getting ready, I pulled the zipper pull right off of my favorite comfortable jeans. Lucky for me, I don’t really need jeans this season, but I was still out of luck. I made the decision right then and there not to buy another pair in the same size.

Fast forward four weeks and fifteen pounds lighter…

I bought a new pair of jeans today. In a size smaller than I was in December. And they were actual jeans, not jeggings. Yay!!!
