This weekend at Sam’s Club, I grabbed some ground turkey. I say some but it was actually five pounds. Five pounds of ground turkey. What does one do with that much turkey? So what do you make with five pounds of turkey? Pretty much anything you want. I started with the Ground Turkey Skillet with Green Beans. Super easy recipe to follow and it’s the type of recipe that you can change a lot and still have something great. I added in mushrooms and paired it with whole wheat pasta and some shredded cheese. Yum!
